Return Policy:
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the date the item(s) shipped.
A Return Authorization number is required for all returns.
All items must be new in
the original packaging, unopened, never assembled.
Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will be charged
for any shipping and handling costs that we have incurred. If
a returned item is missing parts, documentation or shows signs
of use there will be a minimum of a 35% restocking
fee applied.
If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you
choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still
responsible to pay for any shipping and handling costs that was
incurred shipping the product(s) to you. If you paid for shipping
with your
order, the shipping amount is not refundable.
You are responsible for shipping the items to us that you wish
to return. We highly recommend that any returns you send to us
be fully-insured and
via a carrier that provides tracking information. In the event
that an returned package is lost or damaged during shipment back
to us, KFamilytoys.com will not make a refund to you. You will
need to contact the shipper that you selected and file an insurance
claim with them for a refund. All refunds will be made in the same
method the order was origionally paid for. Credit Card refunds
will be credited to the card that was origionally charged.
If a package is refused for delivery you are responsible
for all shipping and handling charges incurred for shipping to
you and back to us. You will be charged the actual shipping and/or
handling costs plus a 15% re-stocking fee. You are also responsible
for any re-delivery charges that may be assesed for any delivery
attempts.
NOTE: The cost to ship many of the large items (tennis tables,
train tables, furniture, desks, bikes & trikes) can be significant,
so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want
and the estimated processing and shipping timeframes meet your
needs. Please remember the estimated processing and shipping timeframes
are not guaranteed.
All Returns require a Return Authorization number (RA). Please
call us to arrange any return and receive your RA number.
